Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

In this new role, the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing will build a unique brand to match the magnitude of Unstoppable Domains’ aspirations: radically transform how 3 billion+ users live and interact on the decentralized Web.
You will be accountable for all facets of the craft: brand strategy, planning, execution, budget, impact and measurement. You will rely on your experience building adorable digital brands to create an end-to-end strategic approach for a unique company operating at the crossroads of blockchain, digital identity and the decentralized web. You will grow world-class brand marketing talent and operations.
The role requires a passion for our mission, a desire to inspire, and eagerness to roll up your sleeves. Your ability to thoughtfully prioritize and collaborate seamlessly with teams in Product Management, Revenue, Partner and Growth Marketing will be key to your success in this position. Startup experience is a plus!

- Able to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment and able to constantly switch gears between the big picture and specific deliverables, while never losing sight of results.
- Define and own the brand architecture, value proposition, attributes and reasons to believe. Create and execute the end-to-end brand plan in order to shift mental metrics and scale adoption - overseeing idea generation, integrated campaign planning and execution, and channel innovation.
- Generate big brand ideas, assembling all the required components to execute flawlessly, working through others as required (performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, design, product and data teams internally and with agencies).
- Lead the social and content strategy, optimizing for relevant reach and engagement, and enabling authentic conversations within the communities where Unstoppable Domains can be a legitimate facilitator.
- Develop and maintain brand standards and quality while growing and managing an ecosystem of creative and production partners.
- Propose an annual budget, measure and report the impact of brand marketing initiatives.
- 8+ years experience in Brand Marketing within a global environment.
- Broad affinity with digital consumer technology; experience in blockchain and understanding of the crypto ecosystem is a plus.
- Sustained experience in end-to-end brand management from foundational brand definition to strategy formulation and integrated campaign execution.
- Track record in brand innovation and social marketing.
- A highly creative mindset.
- Experience in brand measurement.
- Acute attention to detail, allowing you to iterate fast, be an effective owner of creative approvals and a trusted creative advisor to the VP Marketing.
- Excellent communication, prioritization and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, art, marketing, communications or a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- A mix of client- and agency-side experience is appreciated.
