Your impact:

 As a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations at Omada Health, you’ll lead a small but mighty team in planning, strategizing, launching, and optimizing consumer-facing campaigns.  

Reporting into the Director of Marketing Operations, this role is crucial to the Enrollment Marketing team and Omada Health as a whole. Successful campaigns are integral to reaching enrollment and revenue targets, preserving enrollment marketing as a strategic differentiator, and most importantly helping more people learn about and sign up for the Omada program. 

In this role you will: 

  • Manage a high performing team of Marketing Operations Associates (with focus on coaching and development)
  • Inform and execute on the B2C marketing operations roadmap, with an eye for optimization and scale 
  • Work collaboratively across product, engineering, and commercial to inform development in strategy, process, systems, and operations 
  • Manage existing tools and vendor relationships (marketing automation platforms, print and fulfillment, etc.)
  • Assess and select tools and vendors that can support scaled production 
  • Ensure QA and quality standards are met across all outreach channels 
  • Automate, simplify, and document processes, controls, and workflows 

You will be successful in this job if you have:

  • 7-10 years of experience in consumer marketing
  • 2 years of experience managing and developing a high-performing team 
  • A deep understanding of CRM and automation platforms (Marketo, Braze, Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong quantitative/analytic capabilities required, comfortable 
  • Demonstrated history of successfully managing complex projects required
  • Exceptional project management an organization skills; attention to detail a must

  • Experience in Healthcare, B2B2C, or high-growth environments
  • Experience working with an in-house CRM
  • Stellar project management skills
