TextNow is looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Media to join our team who is highly motivated and results-oriented and has a passion for building brands and growing companies.    
You will be responsible for strategy, planning, and executing all paid brand media campaigns for TextNow.  Someone who can be equal parts brand strategist, growth marketer and digital analyst to run paid media campaigns that help build our brand and drive our ambitious growth goals.  

What You’ll Do:

    • Oversee all paid brand marketing activities including development, implementation, and optimization of integrated advertising campaigns (e.g. TV, audio streaming, digital video, paid social, display ads, etc.) and reporting on KPIs and business results.
    • Create highly targeted media campaigns that attract new users to the TextNow platform and expand marketing channels for growth based on user data and insights. 
    • Help ensure consistency and alignment with brand vision and strategy across all marketing channels and campaigns. 
    • Use data and testing to identify the best media channels for TextNow’s advertising mix and build advertising strategy for existing media channels including Television, and paid social platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram.  
    • Manage and collaborate with media agency partners to provide feedback into publisher selection, placement selection, digital media rates, funnel and media KPI’s for direct IO bookings and overall digital marketing plans. 
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Communications, Design, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Data teams on campaign development, measurement and performance.

Who You Are:

    • Creator of cool stuff with 6-8 years of hands-on experience running integrated marketing campaigns and strategy for paid media channels.  BONUS if you have experience developing and executing full funnel campaigns for a mobile app.
    • Brilliant Collaborator with strong knowledge and understanding of current digital media trends and corresponding platforms/tools (ex. DV360, Campaign Manager; Facebook Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA360, etc.. )
    • Respectfully candid with excellent creative, communication, and analytical skills.
    • A bold risk-taker who pushes boundaries running creative campaigns on social channels like TikTok, Instagram, Google, SnapChat etc.  
    • Someone who takes action and ownership and is diligent and passionate about paid media performance with objectives like Reach, Retargeting, Brand Awareness, Clicks, Conversions, App Installs, Video Views, etc.
    •  Resourceful and scrappy with experience with quarterly budget and forecasting for paid media allocations and tracking.
