Role Overview

You’re a seasoned copywriter who’s passionate about using conceptual thinking and compelling storytelling to speak to millions of people suffering from anxiety or depression and connecting them with our products that can help. You set the creative bar high and are comfortable in not only taking direction but visualizing and developing content solutions to business and creative challenges. As a stickler for details, you understand the importance of every word and can craft and fine-tune copy across all marketing materials, adhere to writing and voice and tone standards, and uncover new insights to inform future projects. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging original content for human-centered marketing campaigns that resonate with our audiences, including speaking to businesses, consumers, providers, and case managers.
  • Create content for a variety of channels including email, social media, digital ads, SMS, posters, brochures, presentation decks, and websites
  • Write and edit content to ensure brand consistency, including voice and tone related to products and/or clients, across all materials
  • Collaborate with Creative team to ensure visual concepts and copy are cohesive
  • Work directly with our Clinical Content team to ensure we are communicating clinically accurate information
  • Report directly to Lead UX Writer to prioritize and collaborate on projects

Position Requirements:


  • 5+ years as a Writer
  • Nice to have: Experience in mental health or healthcare


  • Exceptional writing, copyediting, and proofreading skills across a variety of topics and channels
  • Ability to clearly communicate creative direction and concepts to others
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on deadline
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with a variety of colleagues and teams
  • A portfolio of previous work
