As a Product Marketing Analyst you will play a pivotal role in the Product Development Cycle, working to bring market knowledge to inside (client, trends, competitors), packing products according to market need, connecting Product B2B teams to internal stakeholders communicating ongoing projects, supporting on launch new or existing product transferring product knowledge among areas. 

You'll be working in a team of 27 people among Product Managers and analysts, Product Designers and Data Analysts. We are a cross-functional team that supports product squads led by a Group Product Managers (GPM). In this structure, you will report to a Product Manager. 

Besides conquering the world, your activities will be:
  • Product Development Process: Understand product lifecycle and where PMM skills are applied. 
  • Market research: discover problems in the market by interviewing customers, recent evaluators and untapped, potential customers, besides understanding competitors solutions.
  • Value proposition: Structure and suggest the product's value proposition and messaging.
  • Data driven mindset: Define and act on key metrics in order to measure the success of our products.
  • Marketing assets: Support content marketing creation.
  • Asset assessment: inventory our assets (technical, skills, services, other) and determine ways that they can be leveraged.
  • Launch: Support on planning and execution of a go-to-market strategy.
  • Sales alignment: use knowledge to help with the sales enablement process explaining products and what are they for.
  • Reporting: Good communication to build a good storytelling when planning and creating presentations.
  • Develop relationships with your stakeholders (internal and external) ensuring regular communication.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build world-class products.
What’s mandatory:
  • Experienced working with digital products in Product Marketing, Marketing or Market Intelligence areas in which you have contributed to deliver products successfully – helping from ideation to launch.
  • High levels of empathy with our product users and able to understand their product needs.
  • Driven to get things done to solve problems in the optimal way as possible.
  • Great communication skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish will be differential). 
  • Enjoy working with different teams, building a good relationship with them.
