About the Role

Sprinklr is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager who thrives on taking the complex and making it meaningful, visceral, understandable, and personal.  We believe we have an important story to tell about the transformative guidance we bring to customer engagement, employee engagement, and digital transformation.  It is a story of change: Our customers are changing because their customers are changing.  Sprinklr makes our customers the hero who can make that change.  

 World-class marketing and storytelling experience.  You have strong track record in marketing, brand management, communications and storytelling.  You understand that marketing ultimately is about creating meaningful connection that drives action. You know how digital marketing and the use video can create change. You have extensive experience with marketing content – web, blog, ebooks, webinars, infographics, SEO – and believe that marketing is part art and part science (aka, data to better understand the efficacy of your work).

 Demonstrated capacity to develop, refine and transmit the Sprinklr message to key stakeholders—our Peers, Prospects, Customers, Partners, Analysts, and our community around the world.  You are skilled in taking our rich and complex products, and transforming them into compelling “human speak” that boils it down to its essence.  Better yet, you can convert the message into compelling stories that move our stakeholders to action thru well executed content and marketing campaigns.

 Exceptional writing and communications skills.   You must be a strong writer who is comfortable managing and representing the multiple voices of Sprinklr. You enjoy creating compelling, persuasive presentations and are a rockstar in delivering them too.

 Specific responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive strategic marketing initiatives for Care
  • Act as primary storyteller and evangelist for the Care product suite 
  • Develop solutions positioning and messaging that differentiates us in the market
  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products. 
  • Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them.
  • Creation of original thought leadership content that successfully elevates the Sprinklr brand, highlighting industry trends, innovative tech, best-practices, and CX stories that establish trust and authority in our brand.
  • Contribute to creation of Customer Success stories.


  • 10 years of marketing experience B2B
  • Minimum 5 years of product marketing
  • 3 years experience in a sales or sales support role
  • Bachelor’s in business, communications or marketing
  • Very strong written communication skills as well as strong verbal presentation skills
  • Willing to travel 25%
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
