SEO Web Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an SEO Manager with a passion for search and proven successes in organic traffic growth, conversion optimization and pipeline generation. You are an expert search engine marketer with SEO experience in developing successful search strategies. Your mission will consist of bringing our website to the top of organic engine rankings, increasing traffic and driving pipeline with a strong ROI. Reporting to the Senior Director of Web, you will be part of a global multi-player team: Demand Generation, Content, Design, Web, Product Marketing, Events, Sales, among others.  We are looking for a passionate search marketer with extensive background in technical SEO, content strategy, and data-driven marketing.


    • Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy, and assist on content and strategy as it relates to web best practices
    • Help build and integrate SEO and SEM reporting infrastructure into martech stack to ensure regularly intervaled reporting on website and content performance
    • Perform in-depth keyword research analysis. Provide recommendations for improving SEO and scaling organic web traffic to meet market opportunities
    • Work in tandem with the Content team to plan a roadmap based on keyword research. Ensure alignment and productivity of publishing - both updating existing content and creating net new - to meet growth goals
    • Ability to own content and campaigns from the keyword planning stage, to being fully published, tracked and optimized
    • Understand website traffic patterns and data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AdWords and other analytical software to determine what is effective at driving traffic and awareness
    • Assist to consistently refine content and web UX to better reach our target buyer personas
    • Identify problems and deficiencies, and identify and implement solutions in a timely manner in a collaborative manner
    • Regularly review technology stack and identify new Web and SEO vendors to ensure the most efficient, economic and scalable processes
    • Manage select vendor onboarding and relationships
    • Collaborate on the creative and optimization process for content, landing pages and ads working with the PMM, Design and Content teams to build messaging and imagery that resonate with our personas and convert
    • Collect and analyze data, research competitors and identify trends in order to achieve maximum ROI web and content efforts
    • Monitor and report on Key KPI's, using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and a Web/SEO software stack
    • Stay up to date with the latest Search news including: Google, AdWords, SEO, SEM and digital marketing best practices, including Mobile


    • 5+ years hands-on SEO experience for a global organization (Saas is a plus) with proven success
    • Experience with content optimization strategies, including ranking factors and on- and off-page tactics 
    • Ability to build and run campaigns autonomously, without 3rd party agencies, while owning key vendor relationships
    • Strong attention to detail and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
    • In-depth experience with web and SEO software analytics and reporting tools
    • Proven experience in quantitative & qualitative analysis to justify proposed actions
    • Data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization
    • Strong ability to collaborate across the organization, including marketing teams, web development, design, content, sales and more
    • Experience with marketing automation, business intelligence, and CRM solutions a strong plus
    • Experience with testing methodologies including but not limited to A/B, Multivariate, and testing technologies and platforms
    • Tech Savvy with knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript and many of the most common programming languages
    • Awareness of search algorithm updates and their impact on ranking and relevance, and how to adapt accordingly
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices from Google in SEO and SEM, with a keen passion for Search and the digital landscape
    • Experience with industry-standard web and SEO softwares such as: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, SEMRush, Moz/Stat, Ryte, BrightEdge, Conductor, Ryte, Spyfu, Screamingfrog, Serpstat, Clearscope, Ahrefs, or similar
