We are hiring a highly motivated, creative Social Media Manager with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. That passion comes through as they engage with customers daily, with the ultimate goal of:

Growing the Credit Hero movement and changing lives.

As our  Social Media Manager, you will:

  • Plan, strategize, and set goals. Increase brand awareness across all digital platforms. 
  • Drive organic reach initiatives to warm up cold traffic.
  • Social media content and engagement management.
  • Reputation management.

Responsibilities

  • Fully understand Credit Repair Cloud’s business strategy, products, and our unique mission.
  • Fully understand our Customer Journey, from first exposure and into an active paid user.
  • Be a positive and encouraging voice for our team, according to our Company Performance Culture Statement.
  • Be an encouraging voice to our customers, according to our mission
  • Stay up-to-date on current trends and audience preferences.
  • Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Determine KPIs on each platform and report on results monthly.
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Manage day-to-day posting and engagement. 
  • Ensure social media channels and content reaches our target audiences.
  • Engage with comments and respond and monitor customer reviews.
  • Regularly audit and optimize all social media accounts (e.g., graphics, links, layout)
  • Strategize and implement growth and engagement campaigns (promotions, competitions, influencer collaborations, etc).
  • Understand and use current technologies, tools, and applications to support growth and reach initiatives. 
  • Drive traffic to our front-end funnels and onto our email list. 


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • Experience leading a Remote team.
  • Good judgment skills and tons of common sense. 
  • Ability to emphatically communicate with our customers. 
  • Understand SEO and how it relates to organic reach.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Experience and ability to schedule (or manage scheduling) on all platforms. 
  • Experience strategically planning social media grids (one month or more at a time).
  • Experience strategizing content, analyzing analytics, and social selling on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.
  • Experience using the "Stories" feature on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. 
  • An understanding of SEO and keywords as it relates to YouTube. 
  • An understanding of hashtag strategy as it relates to discoverability. 
  • An insatiable appetite for organic growth, social trends, algorithm hacking, and driving traffic.
  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field is a plus.
