BentoBox is seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this person will drive BentoBox awareness, affinity and growth through social media marketing and brand marketing strategies. This role can be New York based or remote. 

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a holistic, high-growth social media strategy 
  • Manage social media content, growth strategy and daily execution of all organic social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and emerging social media platforms
  • Write, produce, and share content that drives follower growth, engagement, awareness and affinity
  • Engage with our followers, customers and community across all platforms 
  • Manage social media influencer campaigns and programs
  • Collaborate with the design team on social media templates, style and design
  • Identify and implement emerging social media trends and opportunities
  • Monitor social media performance and metrics and optimize content to meet goals
  • Manage profiles on review management and community platforms and drive new reviews 
  • Stay up-to-date on social media best practices and educate the marketing team
  • Provide marketing support for large-scale partnerships and initiatives
  • Uphold BentoBox’s mission, vision, principles and brand voice

Skills and Attributes

  • 5+ years of social media marketing experience at a B2B brand
  • Experience organically growing social media channels from small followings to 100K+ collectively
  • Proven success driving brand awareness and affinity through social media
  • Passion for storytelling, restaurants and the hospitality industry 
  • Ability to cultivate a strong brand voice that is creative, smart, quick, empathetic and hospitable 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that constantly thinks about new ideas and initiatives
  • Experience with social scheduling, analytics and reporting tools
  • Goal-oriented approach to all tasks and initiatives
