What will you do? You partner closely with the enrollment product teams driving towards and responsible for Go-To-Market strategy, sales collateral & training, and internal and external communications around enrollment OKR!

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience:

    • Be a Subject Matter Expert and advocate about your customers' journey and how to optimize communications to create good experiences
    • Influence UX in the enrollment workflow
    • Write email and text communications for growers
    • Develop product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonates with growers

Go-to-Market Planning & Strategy:

    • Develop go-to-market plans marketing playbooks for new products and features
    • Help define and continually improve the value proposition with stakeholder input
    • Act as the Subject Matter Expert who transfers this knowledge across the Product, Marketing, Sales and Client Services teams
    • Partner with marketing team on demand generation strategy
    • Collaborate on and contribute to the overall marketing strategy

Process Improvements & Content Creation:

    • Position Indigo for explosive growth through scalable, repeatable processes you implement with a knack for testing and iterating on new ideas
    • Create sales trainings for enrollment workflows
    • Create sales collateral that communicates the value proposition of all core products and support training for all internal teams
    • Make data-driven decisions and be comfortable working with complex data sets
    • Translate complex problems and products to customers and internal teams

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing or Product Management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
  • Proven ability to analyze & synthesize information and convert it into actionable product marketing plans and business cases
  • Strategic thinking to understand and map market opportunities and needs
  • Experience in growth marketing/growth hacking
  • Bonus Skills: Agriculture or Sustainability background!
