Job Description

  • Manage all of Wish’s existing User Acquisition campaigns across a wide variety of networks

  • Optimize daily performance across massively scaled campaigns

  • Optimize across all formats, bid types, goals, creatives, and geographies

  • Meet company goals, benchmarks, and growth

  • Work closely with engineering for APIs, troubleshooting, evaluating tests & experiments, & improvements

  • Own issues and provide quick solutions


  • 2+ years minimum experience with managing large scale UA campaigns across various networks such as: FB, IG, Google, Snap, Twitter, Pinterest & Programmatic channels
  • Strong fluency in Excel and large spreadsheets
  • 2+ years experience writing complex SQL queries in a business environment
  • 2+ years Python, R, or Matlab experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in creative performance and data analysis
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or Statistics)
