How this compares to real brand and communications job posts
- The pay range above is the middle half of published salaries on 20 full-time brand and communications posts on HeyMarketers in the last 12 months (median $228k). Posting a range gets more applicants, and several US states require it.
- Tools most often named: Generative AI (25% of posts). Only list the ones the job really uses.
- 46% of the 101 open brand and communications roles right now are remote. Say clearly whether yours is remote, hybrid or on-site.
- Lead with outcomes the role owns. Candidates skim responsibilities and read what success looks like.
