Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of heymarketers.com and related services (“HeyMarketers”). By using HeyMarketers, you agree to them. If you use HeyMarketers on behalf of a company, you agree to them for that company.

What HeyMarketers is

HeyMarketers is a marketplace where companies find marketing talent. It includes a job board, marketer profiles, a candidate-matching service and recruiting services. We are not a party to any employment or freelance agreement between companies and candidates. Each company is responsible for its own hiring decisions, and each candidate for their own decisions to apply or accept work.

Accounts

• You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
• One person may use the same account to look for work, post jobs and buy recruiting services.

Your content

You own what you post, such as profiles, job posts, messages and files. You give us permission to host, display and share it as needed to run HeyMarketers, including showing public profiles and jobs in search results and job alert emails. You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it is accurate.

Rules

Don't use HeyMarketers to:

• Post fake, misleading or discriminatory jobs or profiles.
• Collect fees from candidates, or post jobs that are actually sales pitches, pyramid schemes or unpaid work disguised as jobs.
• Spam, harass or scrape other users, or copy the site's data in bulk.
• Break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
• Interfere with the site's security or operation.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Jobs from other sources

Some jobs on HeyMarketers come from public company career pages and job feeds. We link to the original posting so you can apply there. We don't guarantee that these jobs are still open or accurate.

Paid services

Prices for paid products, such as promoted job posts, candidate matching and recruiting, are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless the product description says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Disclaimers

HeyMarketers is provided “as is”. We may review jobs and candidates, but we don't guarantee any candidate's qualifications or performance, any company's conduct, or that you'll fill a role or find work.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, HeyMarketers is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.

Ending your use

You can stop using HeyMarketers and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll tell you by email or on the site before they take effect. If you keep using HeyMarketers after that, you accept the new terms.
