About the role
We're hiring a Content Marketing Manager to build a content program our customers actually read. You'll own what we publish, run our writers and editors, and tie the work to signups and pipeline.
What you'll do
- Own the content strategy and editorial calendar
- Write, edit and publish articles, guides, case studies and the newsletter
- Interview customers and internal experts to produce original content
- Manage freelance writers and keep quality consistent
- Work with SEO to choose topics and with sales to build enablement content
- Repurpose content across email, social and sales
- Report on content performance against business goals
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in content marketing, with a portfolio you're proud of
- Excellent writing and editing
- Experience tying content to traffic, signups or pipeline
- Working knowledge of SEO
- Experience managing freelancers or a small team
- A thoughtful approach to using AI in content production

Pay
Base salary of $205k to $221k, depending on experience.
