About the role
We're hiring a Demand Generation Manager to create qualified pipeline for our sales team. You'll own a pipeline target and the paid, event and account-based programs that hit it.
What you'll do
- Own a quarterly marketing-sourced pipeline target
- Plan and run paid, webinar, event and account-based programs
- Agree lead and opportunity definitions with sales and keep them current
- Manage the program budget and report pipeline ROI
- Work with marketing ops on attribution, scoring and routing
- Partner with content and product marketing on offers and messaging
- Test new channels and programs each quarter
What you'll bring
- 4+ years in B2B demand generation
- A track record of hitting pipeline targets
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and search
- Experience with HubSpot or Marketo and Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with attribution
- A good working relationship with sales teams
Nice to have
- Account-based marketing experience
- Intent data tools like 6sense or Demandbase
- Experience selling to our buyer
- Field or event marketing experience
Pay
Base salary of $206k to $217k, depending on experience.
