About the role
We're hiring an SEO Specialist to grow organic signups. You'll own organic search: the technical health of the site, the pages we build for what our customers search for, and how we show up in AI search.
What you'll do
- Own the SEO roadmap and report organic signups and pipeline every week
- Audit the site and work with engineering to fix crawling, rendering and indexing issues
- Research keywords and write briefs for new and refreshed pages
- Plan and ship programmatic pages where we have unique data
- Track and improve how we're cited in AI Overviews and answer engines
- Build internal linking and site architecture that supports our most important pages
- Earn links and mentions through data, partnerships and digital PR
What you'll bring
- 3+ years doing SEO in-house or at an agency, with results you can show
- Hands-on technical SEO: crawls, canonicals, redirects, structured data
- Strong keyword research and content briefing skills
- Comfortable in Search Console, GA4 and a crawler like Screaming Frog
- Clear writing, and the ability to get work prioritised by other teams
- Experience using AI tools in your workflow, with judgment about where they help
Nice to have
- Programmatic SEO experience
- Basic SQL or Python for analysis
- Experience with a site migration
- Digital PR or link-building wins
